Students from the Armstrong School District are participating at the PMEA Region Band Festival at Port Alleghany High School yesterday and today. The students earned their way to region band by placement auditions at the district level. The guest conductor is Stacey Larson Dolan, Professor of Music at VanderCook College of Music, Chicago, IL.
