Flagger-controlled single lane traffic are planned for next week for Route 422 in Kittanning and Manor Townships.
Flagger-controlled, single lane restrictions during the daylight and nighttime hours are planned next week for the Route 422 Wray Road project in Kittanning and Manor Townships.
The restrictions are scheduled for the week of March 13, weather permitting, to perform utility work during daylight hours. Also, intermittent flagging operations
and shoulder restrictions are planned to perform saw cutting and drainage work between 6 pm and 6 am each day.
This $9.9 million safety improvement project is being constructed by Independence Excavating Incorporated, and is expected to be completed in late Fall 2018.
The project includes the realignment of Route 422 between Ping Wing Road and Lasher Road and concrete patching through the Route 28/422 Interchange.
