OBIT: Nancy Susan Brody (Hallandale Beach, Fla. - Broward County)
Nancy Susan Brody, 72, of Hallandale Beach, Florida -formerly of Kittanning - died Thursday, January 14, 2016, at the Kindred Hospital in Hollywood, FL.
She was born December 22, 1943, in Kittanning, the daughter of Joseph and Rose Eleanor (Sparks) Brody.
Nancy attended the University of Miami.
She was employed by EL AL Israel Airlines for many years.
She enjoyed reading and knitting and loved to travel the world.
Nancy will be missed by her cousins, Arnold and Christine Moss and Claire (James) Osborne of Kittanning; Andrea Heller of Salem, South Carolina; and her many close friends in south Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard Brody.
A service will be held at 10AM on Friday, January 22, 2016, at Bauer Funeral Home in Kittanning, PA, with Rabbi Yaier Lehrer officiating.
Interment will be in Beth Jacobs Cemetery in New Kensington.
Arrangements are being handled by Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.
