Robert John
Retired Capt. Robert Dale John, 76, of Fayetteville, NC formerly of Kittanning, passed away on Tues. Jan. 19, 2016.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Dosch John and a brother, Earl A. John, Jr.
He is survived by one son, Kevin John and wife, Tina of Cary, NC; one daughter, Kelly Rivera and husband, Rafael of Fayetteville, NC; brothers, Charles I. John and Larry “Jim” John, both of Kittanning; sisters, Janet John Dinger of High Point, NC Margarie A. McPherson of Kittanning, and Penny L. Williams of Lexington, NC; three grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla, and Kristina; and his faithful dog, Dylan.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Mon. Jan. 25, 2016 in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery Spring Lake, NC with Reverend Jim Owen officiating.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Center, CB #7295 UNC-CH Chapel Hill, NC 27599-7295
