OBIT: LaVerne L. (Cogley) Boyle (Cowansville)
LaVerne L. (Cogley) Boyle, 95, of Cowansville, died on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the Meadow Lake of Sugarcreek Rest Home.
She was born on June 9, 1920 in Cowanshannock Township, a daughter of Howard and Della (Geiger) Cogley. She was retired after working 30 years for Kroger. She was an avid sewer.
She is survived by her daughter: Beverly Davis of Sugarcreek Township; sons: Frank (Norma) Julius of Vanderbilt, PA and Jim (Betty) Julius of Sioux City, IA; six grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband: Frank Julius; her second husband: Adam Boyle; daughter: Loretta Julius; two sisters: Marie and Mary; and three brothers: Ivan, Laird, and Merle Cogley.
A private funeral service is scheduled at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Cowansville with the Reverend Arlyn Eisenbrandt officiating. Interment will be in the Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
