Ford City Man Charged with Burglary

A young man was arrested after being reported for supposedly canvassing a neighborhood last Thursday.

On July 16th, at approximately 2AM, Chad Michael Cornman, 19, of Ford City was accused of entering a shed in Manor Township and removing a 2004 Yamaha Raptor ATV and taking it to his residence. The arresting officer, Trooper Keith J. Sobecki of the Pennsylvania State Police, took Cornman into custody. Cornman is currently being charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling , and criminal mischief.

He is being held on $25,000 bail in the Armstrong County Jail after being arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Gary DeComo.
