Geraldine L. Kijowski, 82 of Ford City, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at ACMH.
She was born July 19, 1932 to Dario and Veronica (Sidora) Parisi.
A lifelong community resident, Geraldine was a member of Christ, Prince of Peace Parish in Ford City, and enjoyed reading, art, painting, and being creative, and her church.
She was married to husband Joseph E. Kijowski before he died
Geraldine is survived by her son, Aaron (and Tina) Kijowski of Ford City; two brothers: Carl (and Bernice) Parisi of Kittanning and Robert (and Dee) Parisi of Butler; and sister, Shirley (and Angelo) Piersanti of Ford City.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Dolores Sporny and Loretta Cook.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9PM tomorrow - Thursday, June 25, 2015 - at the Mantini Funeral Home in Ford City.
A funeral service will be held at 9:30AM Friday, June 26, 2015 at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at Christ, Prince of Peace Parish in Ford City.
Father Bryan Summers will be officiating.
Interment will be in St. Francis of Paola Cemetery.
