State Police Update Juvenile Incident Report

The Pennsylvania State Police said they are not going to arrest anyone in connection with the three-year-old child that was involved in a criminal mischief incident last Sunday.

Trooper Nathan Brown had reported that the child was accused of damaging a vehicle at Staley’s Motel in Rayburn Townshipbelonging to 52-year-old Karl D. Badstibner. The child allegedly threw a rock at the vehicle.

Brown said through a statement released yesterday afternoon that the State Police has closed the investigation without further involvement. He stated the prior news release submission was completed in error.
