Give me a break. This 3 year old child charged with criminal mischeif? Where were their parents? Accidents happen, even to adults. are they charged?

Why in the world would anyone charge a three year old? How absurd.

Really a 3 year old toddler charged with criminal mischief? What happened to small claims court if parent decided not to pay? This has got to top the list of the most ridiculous stories of the year.

Really? Charging a 3-year-old. C’mon Kittanning. the parents should just pay for any damage done to the car. Why even call the police? This Karl D. Badstibner seems like a real prick.

There is no charges in this case. And if there was, I would say that is ridiculious to charge a 3 year old with Criminal Mischief.

This shows me how pathetic this area is getting. First if a three year throws that great sign this child up with the Pirates.Second …COME ON THREE YEARS OLD!!!! Why didn’t Mr. Karl Badstibner ask the parents if they could afford the repair of the car. Did you have to involved the cops in for something so petty. It seems to me there is more juvinales around here besides the three year old.WAKE UP PEOPLE AND GROW UP!!!!

Maybe Carl informed the parents and they blew him off and forced his hand and police told him he could only file against child as actor.

Unbelievable!! For a crime like this in such a nice neighborhood. Suprise there was not a picture of Pitzer leading the kid away in cuffs. I think a time out might have been fine. Criminal mischief? Come on

Maybe mark has the correct line-of-sight on this one. An unsupervised 3 year old can do a lot of damage just ‘playing’ - they might not know the difference between a nerf ball and a rock - but their parent should.
