Leechburg Elks Lodge 377 held its annual Hoop Shoot at the Leechburg High School Gymnasium on Saturday, December 21.
Boys and girls between ages of 8 and 13 grouped into six age categories competed in a basketball free throw competition.
The Lodge’s winners were boys ages 8-9 Dylan Kapalka, girls ages 8-9 Iva McKendree, boys ages 10-11 Tytan Logero and boys ages 12-13 Brady Rollinger.
The winners will now move onto the West Central District Hoop Shoot at the Armstrong School District Auditorium on Saturday, January 26.
Assisting with the Hoop Shoot were Ruth Branan, Lou Mastrone and Anthony Boyles along with Co-Chairman Jason Cook and Anthony Shea.
