
Railroad crossing mechanical devices were spray painted by teenagers last Wednesday in Valley Township.
Pennsylvania State Police reported criminal mischief at a railroad intersection on Anderson Creek Road in Valley Township.
Troop Nickolas Elliott stated that three teenagers drove to the railroad tracks, got out, and spray painted the railroad signs with white spray paint. This incident occurred in the early morning of Wednesday, August 28.
Surveillance cameras provide security for the area.
The railroad is property of Buffalo and Pittsburgh Railroad, with offices in Punxsutawney and Harry McMahan of Rossiter, PA.
Anderson Creek Road is also designated as State Route 1035.
