A Kittanning police cruiser blocks the alley from traffic while Kittanning Borough street personnel deliver cones to barricade the alley.
A LKQ delivery truck hit the fire escape at 141 South Jefferson Street in Kittanning on Wednesday morning. The bottom of the fire escape was pulled from the building and the truck sustained damage to its driver side roof. The alley is closed until repairs can be made to the fire escape.
