Pennsylvania State Police investigated a situation where a 17-year-old male from Kittanning used an unidentified 19-year-old man’s Xbox account. the boy made a $120 purchase without permission. The incident occurred at a residence on Sagamore Road, Sagamore, Cowanshannock Township. Charges were filed with District Magisterial Judge Kevin McCausland.
