West Kittanning Grace Brethren Church will host RUN TO REMEMBER 9/11. The 5K run, 2.5-mile walk, and 1/2-mile kids’ race will be Sunday, September 9, at 5PM.
This year Grace Brethren Church is thrilled to host United States Army Chaplain (Major) “Billy” Graham as honorary guest. He is currently serving at the Pentagon out of Fort Belvoir, VA. Chaplain (Major) Graham will also speak during the Morning Worship hour at 10:30 AM on Sunday, September 9.
The event is being sponsored by local businesses including Jordan’s Soft Serve, Doctors Nemec and Pazman, and the Bisping & Seyler Tree Service LLC.
“Team Red, White, & Blue” invites you to join them as they run a total of 17 kilometers representing the 17 year anniversary of 9/11. Anyone interested please contact: Mike Nanney: mik.nan1967@gmail.com.
Cash prizes for the 5K will be awarded. Prizes of $100, $50, & $25 will be given to the overall winners in both male and female divisions.

Entry fees for registration prior to September 3 are: Kids’ Race-$3, 5K-$5, and the Walk-$3. Fees increase after September 3 to Kids’ Race-$4, 5K-$7, and the Walk-$5.
