State Police in Kittanning are not releasing the names of individuals involved in an altercation just after midnight on July 27.
An 18-year-old hit and kicked a 51-year-old man. The older gentleman then put the younger one in a choke hold.
Both individuals will be cited for Harassment. The incident occurred at 105 School Street in Apollo Borough.
