State Police have charged a Petrolia, PA man after he struck a 25-year-old unidentified woman with his vehicle during a backyard gathering.
Police labeled the incident as a domestic dispute. It occurred at the residence at 126 South Fairview Main Street in Fairview Borough, Butler County on Sunday, July 15, at approximately 1:30 AM.
The 30-year-old unidentified man fled the scene, but was later apprehended in a vehicle that passed the scene a short time later. He was arrested and placed into the Butler County Jail. Charges included aggravated assault, simple assault, and recklessly endangering.
