State Police arrested a man just after midnight on Saturday, April 28. A traffic stop was initiated on Clearfield Pike near Skyline Drive in Rayburn Township after observing several traffic violations. John Manuel Navarro, Jr., 34, no address given, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Navarro submitted to a breath test and confirmed that he was under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed through the office of District Magisterial Judge James Owen.
