MANOR - An unidentified 29-year-old Kittanning woman could be facing DUI charges. Pennsylvania State Police Trooper David Endlich made a traffic stop on Route 66 north, near the Fairground Road in Manor Township, on September 14 shortly after 9PM. The traffic stop was initiated because the vehicle that the female was driving was weaving. It was determined that she was under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance. Charges will be filed pending lab results.
