Cory Cowan
Pennsylvania State Police have arrested 23-year-old Cory Allan Workman Cowan from Kittanning.
According to Trooper Vaccaro, Cowan took an intoxicated 16-year-old victim down to the basement of the West Kittanning home on Saturday, July 1. The victim, now 17 years of age, said Cowan had sexual relations with her without her consent. The victim eventually told the Pennsylvania State Police who then investigated the incident. Cowan confessed to Vaccaro to the rape.
Cowan was taken into custody yesterday and is currently in the Armstrong County Jail on a $15,000 bond. He is charged with four felonies that include: Rape Forcible Compulsion, IDSI Person Unconscious, Sexual Assault, and Unlawful Contact with a Minor.
