WEST KITTANNING - Rupp’s Appliances in West Kittanning was the target of a recent burglary. On the evening of June 12, owner Chuck Rupp reported than a large quantity of coins was stolen from a safe. The investigation is continuing, according to Pennsylvania State Police Trooper David Endlich.
