BRADYS BEND - Charges were filed following an altercation on May 29 at 1:33 AM. Kyle James Stewart, 28, of Karns City attempted to walk away from an argument with 24-year-old Ceanca Rae Betty Everetts at a residence at 1019 Kaylor Road. Everetts grabbed him around the neck area as well as struck him in the head. Because of being grabbed around the neck, Stewart had recent physical redness around the neck and two fingernail cuts on the left cheek and left neck area. Everetts was charged with Simple Assault.
