OBIT: Pauline C. Cousins (Ford City)

Pauline C. Cousins, 81 of Ford City, died Monday, July 11, 2016 at the Kittanning Care Center.

She was born October 6, 1934 in Garretts Run to Charles M. and Mary (Hagofsky) Painter.

Pauline was a homemaker.

She was a member of Emmanuel Heilman Lutheran Church, Ford City VFW,a life member of D.A.V. and the Air Force Sgt. Assoc.

Pauline enjoyed sewing and gardening.

She is survived by three sons - Ivan M. Cousins, William C. Cousins and John Brown; two grandchildren - Amy Nicole Lasher and Evan Bradley Cousins; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Charles E. Painter.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lewis W. “Bill” Cousins (on December 17, 1996); two sisters and brothers-in-law: Sarah Harkleroad and husband, Robert, and Rose Portal and husband, Raymond; and brother, William J. Painter.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9PM Thursday, July 14, 2016 and from 10AM until the time of the funeral service at 11AM Friday, July 15, 2016, at the Kennedy and Blodgett Funeral Home in Kittanning.

The Rev. Randy Leadbetter will be officiating.

Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
