ATV Crashes into Police Patrol Car
Andrew J. Kijowski, 27, of East Brady, collided with Officer Robert D. Gahagan’s East Franklin Township patrol car while operating his RZR S ATV on May 28 shortly after 6 p.m.
Kijowski, who was traveling on SR 268 in Sugarcreek Township, a roadway not designated for ATV use, apparently attempted to flee after striking Gahagan’s Ford Crown Victoria but was stopped when he left the roadway and struck a tree. He was taken to ACMH Hospital for his injuries.
DUI charges are pending.

that is they only way they could catch him. out between numine and rural valley atvs run all day and night without a cop in sight. sooner or later there will be a crash that no one saw coming
