State Police Issue February Statistics

During the month of February, Pennsylvania State Police troopers from the Kittanning barracks responded to more than 970 incidents - including 156 found criminal offenses.

State troopers also responded to more than 130 vehicle crashes - a dozen of which were hit-and-run crashes - and a single fatality.

Nearly 500 traffic citations were also issued during the month as opposed to about 150 warnings.
