Nancy Jane (MacKinney) Tack, 94 of Worthington, died Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Meadow Lake Manor.
She was born January 30, 1921 in Butler to John and Elizabeth (Frazier) MacKinney.
Nancy was co-founder of Sugar Creek Rest in Worthington.
Nancy was also a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Chicora. She was also a Sunday School teacher, Head Start teacher, Girl Scout leader, foster parent, a member of the Allegheny College Alumni Association and was a life long Democrat.
Nancy is survived by her three sons: Philip (Susan) Tack of Worthington, Kenneth (Maxine) Tack, Jr. of Chicora and Walter (Lou Ann) Tack of Freeport; three daughters: Margaret (Robert) Kutz of Richmond, Va., Jean (Karl) D0bay of Freedom, Pa. and Helen Tack and companion Steve Rarsby of Cory, North Carolina; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Tack; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and three foster sons.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth R. Tack, Sr. - whom she married February 7, 1942 and was married to for 60 years before his passing in 2002 - son, Andrew Tack; two brothers; and two sisters:

There will be no public viewing for Nancy - however, everyone is invited to attend a memorial service at 3PM Friday, July 24 in St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Chicora.
