Joseph L. Laughner, 96 of East Franklin Township, died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at ACMH.

A memorial service will be held at 10AM Saturday, August 10, 2 013 in the Kennedy and Blodgett Funeral Home in Kittanning.

The Rev. William Chamberlin will officiate.

Interment will follow in Lawn Haven Burial Estates in Worthington.
