Logan
During a state police investiagion, it was discovered Roger Logan, 60 of Dayton was in possession of multiple firearms after he was prohibited to have any by a provision in the law. A search warrant found seven firearms: five long guns and two pistols.
Logan was taken into custody without incident and charged with one count of possession, manufacture and transfer, criminal mischief and receiving stolen property.
Logan is currently incarcerated in the Armstrong County Jail on $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing before District Magisterial Judge Samuel Goldstrohm is scheduled for next week.
