A Kittanning woman had disabling front end damage to her vehicle when hit by a deer on Sunday morning.
The accident happened shortly after 6AM on December 9 in East Franklin Township. Marguerite Arnette, 59, was driving her 2010 Subaru Forester on Route 422 west when the deer jumped out in front of the vehicle from the median. The accident caused the car’s air bags to be deployed and had to be towed from the scene.
Arnette was not injured in the crash.
