Charges have been filed against a North Buffalo Township couple after an incident at a residence along Pony Farm Road on Sunday afternoon.
State Police responded to a report for a domestic dispute. Dione Helmininack, 39, and Clifford Ridinger, 59, were engaged in a physical altercation resulting in injuries to both parties. Helmininack was arrested and charged with one count of Simple Assault and one count of Harassment. Ridinger was arrested with one count of Strangulation, one count of Simple Assault, and one count of Harassment.
Both individuals were arraigned before on-call District Magisterial Judge Kevin McCausland. Bond was set at $1,500 for Helmininack and $2,500 for Ridinger.
