RAYBURN - A Pittsburgh man is being accused of stealing from a Kittanning woman. 23-year-old Nicole Eckman told State Police that she noticed 24-year-old Johnathan LeGrande was in the backseat of her vehicle looking in her purse. LeGrande was asked to leave and left on foot without incident. Later in the day, Eckman discovered she was missing cash and a bank card from her purse. She then checked her bank account and discovered $200 was taken from her account. This investigation is continuing.
