PINE - State Police are investigating a report of Trespassing in Pine Township. According to Trooper Joshua Osche, an unidentified 37-year-old man, who was said to be under the influence of a controlled substance, attempted to enter the home of a 75-year-old man at 302 Clay Avenue. A witness first observed the actor in commission of the crime as he was grabbing the door at two entrances. The witness alerted the homeowner. The actor was apprehended as he walked south on the Allegheny River Bike Trail in Templeton and was charged with Criminal Trespass.
