EAST FRANKLIN - Police did not indicate the driver of a 2009 Chevrolet Impala that was texting while driving and hit a fence on Lemmon Hollow Road in East Franklin Township. The vehicle then entered a field and stopped about 10-feet off the roadway. The car damaged approximately 80-feet of barb wire fence and wooden posts. The incident occurred on the morning of December 4.
