PennDOT Working on Tarrtown Road This Week

EAST FRANKLIN - Single lane restrictions on Route 4023, Tarrtown Road, are planned this week for paving operations in East Franklin Township.

Daytime, single lane restrictions controlled by flaggers are planned on Tarrtown Road beginning Monday, September 18, between the Kittanning Citizens Bridge and the railroad tracks for approximately three miles, for paving operations.

Armstrong County Maintenance crews will be performing the work. The paving is expected to be completed by the end of this week.

Motorists can expect single lane alternating traffic during paving operations. Please allow extra time for your commute.
