Bridge Lane Restrictions Coming Next Week

INDIANA - Lane restrictions will begin next week on the Route 422 Graff Bridge for repairs in North Buffalo and Manor Townships, Armstrong County.

Motorists should expect congestion and delays on Route 422 due to the lane restrictions on the bridge and may experience stops at the on and off ramps before the Graff Bridge travelling on Route 422 West due to merging. Allow extra time for your morning and evening commutes.

The project includes repairs to the catwalk and strip seal dams, cleaning of the dam troughs, catch basins, down spouting, and abutment bearing areas, minor concrete
deck patching and pier repairs.

This $423,855 bridge repair project is being constructed by Thornbury, Inc., and is expected to be completed before the end of November 2017.

Remember to slow down and use caution in work zones. Obey flaggers and other traffic control devices. Expect congestion and delays in the project area. Fines are doubled for violations in work zones. Drive responsibly for your safety and the safety of the workers.

There must have been a sale on white paint. I see West Kittanning has vascar lines all over the place. Easy money.
