The Armstrong Prospects baseball team won two straight games, including a pair of 6-0 shutouts against the Independent Players teams 1 and 2.
Unfortunately for Armstrong however, they were unable to extend their streak to 3 games after losing on the road in a back and forth game to the Independent Players 2 Team by the final score of 5-3.
Dakota Sunday (pictured) 2/3 at the plate and Corey Cavalier went a perfect 3/3 from the plate and scored 2 runs on the day.
Armstrong will be finishing their season at the Freeport International Tournament starting Tuesday, July 18 and running through Saturday, July 22 with games going on all day starting at 11:00 AM.
