WAYNE TOWNSHIP - The Buffalo and Pittsburgh Railroad Company was the target of criminal mischief. Unknown persons damaged eight railroad crossing lights at the railroad crossing with State Route 1018. The actor left the scene by unknown means in an unknown direction.
