Elderton Elementary students accept the Tractor Supply “Dig It” Garden Grant at the Indiana store. The grant is for $500 in supplies from Tractor Supply to assist the students in building a courtyard garden. The students plan to develop a garden with plants and flowers to attract birds and butterflies. They will also have a vegetable garden to grow vegetables that will tie into the wellness program at the school. The grant includes a teacher’s guide to help connect the garden experience with the Armstrong School District curriculum.
