Additional Jail Time Possible for Manorville Narcotics Dealer
A Manorville man arrested by local police in April and charged with more than a half-dozen felony and misdemeanor crimes for drug possession and stolen handguns could face additional jail time if he commits wrongful behavior.

Hank Kromer, 25, was arrested with five other individuals April 1 at a Fifth Avenue residence in Ford City and was the second of three local residents to be sentenced yesterday.
Armstrong County Common Pleas Judge Kenneth Valasek sentenced Kromer to spend up to a year behind bars in the Armstrong County Jail, but did give Kromer credit for the more-than-100 days he has already served and said parole conditions are possible if there is no misconduct.
April 1, Ford City, Manor Township and Kittanning Borough Police officers, along with Pennsylvania State Police troopers, arrested Kromer, Stephanie Swindler of Ford City, Chaunie Bennett of Templeton, Jayvon Craighead of Penn Hills and Marquis Rosser of Pittsburgh in a search warrant at 903 Fifth Ave in Ford City Borough.
According to court affidavits filed April 2, Ford City Police received a search warrant for the residence belonging Swindler and executed a search warrant shortly before midnight that evening.
After securing several individuals inside the apartment, officers observed drug paraphernalia and illegal narcotics in plain view. Troopers later found suspected heroin, marijuana and crack cocaine in the residence, as well as stamp bags, Xanax pills and a burnt metal spoon among other items such as two stolen handguns.
Swindler was sentenced with a year of probation and other costs in September after pleading guilty to two counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Although three of the charges against Bennett have been withdrawn, prosecutors are still preparing for trial since no plea has yet to be filed.
Kromer was also sentenced to undergo evaluation/treatment, refrain from the use or possession of alcohol or controlled substances, refrain from contact with the others that were arrested and to perform 30 hours of community service.
