Simple Assault Charges Filed in Verbal Argument

Kevin Michael Clark, 19, and Kayne Alexander Quinn, 18, both of Cowansville, had gotten into a verbal altercation outside of Cowansville’s Shorehouse Eatery when Clark produced a razor blade and began to threaten Quinn. Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Kurtis L. Glasgow was dispatched to the location as Clark fled the scene.

No injuries were sustained. Charges for simple assault are being filed.
