Two Butler Teens Charged with Possession of Alcohol in East Franklin
Two teenagers from Butler were picked up in East Franklin Township on alcohol and drug charges.
Pennsylvania State Police report that a 17-year-old female was operating a motor vehicle on Saturday at approximately 8:15 AM on Route 422. Corporal Jacob Jesse stated she was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia when the traffic stop occurred. Juvenile charges are pending the result of a blood test.
A 16-year-old passenger was found to be in possession of an open bottle of liquor. A citation was issued for Underage Possession of Alcohol.
