New Constable Sworn In Last Wednesday
David Phillip Croyle, 29, of Kittanning Borough was sworn in as First Ward Constable for Kittanning Borough on Wednesday, December 30.
Croyle won the General Election in November 2015 after a tied vote.
After completing his 40 hours of training, he will be able to officially begin his role as acting constable.
Croyle went on to say, “I’m very proud to be a part of this country in which I can serve my community and my fellow man.”
