West Virginia Residents Arrested Locally

Bohn

Two West Virginia state residents were arrested by Pennsylvania State Police troopers last week within a local borough.

During a traffic stop on Victory Street in Kittanning Borough October 1 at approximately 1:10AM, William Bohn, 27 of Grantsville, W. Va and Lateesha Ward, 23 of Mount Hope, W. Va were arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle in their home state. Bohm was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, which consisted of a used needle and metal spoon typically associated with heroin use.

The vehicle was transported to the state police barracks impound lot pending release back to its owner.

Ward

Bohn and Ward were incarcerated in Armstrong County Jail on $2,500 bond and will face preliminary hearings before District Magisterial Judge James Owen today, Wednesday, October 5 at 9AM. Both are also still in the jail after being unable to post bail.
