Girl Scouts Assist Ford City Garden Club

Girl Scout Troop 26773 was asked by the Ford City Garden Club to help at their annual flower sale.
The Daisy Troop also partnered with a local Brownie troop to help at the sale.
More events with the Garden Club are being planned.
The girls in the blue are part of 26773 and the girls in the back are the Brownies, Troop 26290.
Perennials, annuals, herbs, fairy garden doors and gift baskets were available at the sale.
A few days before, The Ford City Garden Club chose Kevin & Linda Housley, of 1105 7th Avenue, as the recipients of the “Yard of the Month” award for June.
A plaque was placed in their front yard and they were given a Garda’s gift certificate as a prize.
