KITTANNING: A specially constructed lighting decoration is mounted to light poles in Kittanning’s Riverfront Park by Nathan Stephens on Sunday morning. Volunteers from Hose Company Number 1 assisted throughout the town to get displays hung while the weather is still favorable in anticipation of Light Up Kittanning Night on Friday, November 21.
