OBIT: Marie Kamer (Ford City)

Marie Kamer, 88 of Ford City, died Sunday, November 2, 2014 in the Butler VNA.

She was born November 29, 1925 in Ford City to Rudolph and Agnes (Trach) Hagofsky.

A member of Christ, Prince of Peace Parish, Marie loved painting and crafts.

She was married to first husband, William John Kamer and second husband Richard Kamer.

Marie is survived by her two sons: Robert (Jacqueline) Kamer of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Mark (Eileen) Kamer of Ford City; daughter, Christine (David) Campbell of Carlisle; two granddaughters: Sarah and Nanette; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Rudolph Hagofsky; two sisters: Mildred Procyshen and Ludmilla Polermo; and two grandsons: William and Timothy.

Friends will be received from 10-10:45AM tomorrow - Wednesday, November 5, 2014 - at the Mantini Funeral Home in Ford City.

A prayer service will be held immediately following visitation at the funeral home before an 11AM Mass of Christian Burial at Christ, Prince of Peace Parish

Father Bryan Summers will officiate.

Interment will be at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
