Can someone please tell me why this woman is still walking the streets of Kittanning & Ford City? She has an EXTENSIVE criminal background which includes several of the exact charges stated above, not to mention her involvement in assaulting a 91 year old woman. Does she need to kill someone before Armstrong County’s DA & Judges put her away for an extensive period of time? Someone please help me understand our counties thinking on allowing her to remain out of jail?
