North Buffalo Police Report Multiple Incidents
Of the North Buffalo Township police report issued last Wednesday night, North Buffalo Township officers identified five cases of heroin use, drug paraphernalia, two burglaries, a case of fraudulent business and several stolen items. As Supervisor David Wolfe noted from the report, in the first four months of 2016, police have recovered more than $ 2,039 through citations through magisterial judges – more than double what was collected during the first four months of 2015 and more than has been collected in the past three years.
Part-time officers patrol every road in the township at least once per shift.
Township supervisors tabled any decision on the county request for officers to be trained in Nalaxone training to treat any suspected cases of heroin overdose.
