One Vehicle Crash in East Franklin Township
A one vehicle crash involving a 2003 Chrysler Voyagar LX took place on December 27 in East Franklin Township. Kittanning-based Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Eric Young was on the scene around 9:30 P.M. on Sunday. Noah B. Earl, age 18 of Freeport, was travelling northbound on Montgomery Road when he left the road, struck the side of a ditch, and hit a tree. The vehicle came to a final rest on the opposite side of the road, blocking oncoming traffic. No one was injured as a result of this accident. Earl is facing charges of Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
