Vandergrift Man Accused of Trespass
A Vandergrift man is accused of criminal trespass by a Bethel Township resident.
Pennsylvania State Police report that 45-year-old Gregory Alan Lattanzi, Jr. from Vandergrift entered a property with his vehicle along Bethel Church Road in Bethel Township. Lattanzi had been previously told not to come on the property by the owner. He drove his silver 2009 Hyundai Elentra knowing the property was properly posted with no trespassing signs.
A citation was filed at the office of District Magisterial Judge James Andring in Leechburg.
