OBIT: Kenneth L. Stull, Jr. (Ford City)

Kenneth L. Stull, Jr., 65 of Ford City, died peacefully in his home on Thursday, August 20, 2015 with his wife at his side.

Kenneth was born December 27, 1949 in Kittanning, a son of the late Kenneth L. and Marilyn (Slagle) Stull.

After 32 years, Ken retired from Allegheny Ludlum in Brackenridge as a crane operator.

He was a member of the NRA and received several medals for his U.S. Army service during the Vietnam War.

Ken is survived by his wife of 42 1/2 years, Betsy (Lambing) Stull; two sisters: Schyler Stull and Landis L. Stull-Waterloo (Tom); brother, Ashland Stull (Lynn); several aunts and uncles; and many cousins, nieces and nephews; caregiver and sister-in-law, Molly Nelson.

In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by a sister, Deandrea Lasher (Joe).

According to Ken’s plans, there will be no funeral services.

Cremation will be handled by Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
